About this Worksheet: This syllables worksheet instructs the student to re-write each word and divide it into syllables. The second part of the syllables worksheet has the student write a word from the first part in each sentence. The student will learn that a syllable is a unit of spoken language made up of a single uninterrupted sound formed by a vowel.
