About this Worksheet: This text structure worksheet directs the student to write each part of plot using the given plot diagram. There are five main parts of plot. They are; beginning, rising action, climax, falling action and resolution. It is important for students to learn the narrative plot text structure because it will allow them to make accurate inference and conclusions based on the part of the text they are currently reading. The plot diagram outlines the basic story structure of a narrative. Students will eventually be able to write their own narratives using the plot diagram text structure.
This worksheet is suitable for 2nd grade, 3rd grade, 4th grade, 5th grade, 6th grade, 7th grade and 8th grade.
