Finding and Re-Writing Adverbs Worksheet

This adverbs worksheet directs the student to find and write adverbs. The first part of the adverbs worksheet has the student circle the adverb in each sentence. The second part of the adverbs worksheet directs the student to re-write each sentence and create an adverb out of the word in parenthesis. An adverb is a word that describes a verb, an adjective, or another verb. Adverbs tell when, where or how somethings happens. Adverbs describe verbs.
