About this Worksheet: This conjunctions worksheet directs the student to write two simple sentences and create one compound sentences with a conjunction. After writing two simple sentences, the student should write one compound sentence with the two simple sentences. They should combine the two simple sentences by using a conjunction. Common conjunctions used are; and, or and but. The student will learn how to write sentences with conjunctions. They will also learn that conjunctions are words that join two or more words together.
