Concrete Nouns Worksheets
This is the concrete nouns worksheets section. A Concrete Noun names a person, place or thing that can be perceived by one or more of the senses. (sight, hearing, taste, touch, or smell) Concrete nouns are tangible and can be felt. The opposite of a concrete noun is an abstract noun. Whereas a concrete noun can be seen, touched and smelled, an abstract noun cannot. Abstract nouns are not tangible. They are nouns that express feeling and thought. It is important to learn the differences between concrete and abstract nouns.
